You can revoke your acceptance of a purchase or booking made remotely within 10 calendar days of the purchase or delivery, at no cost and with no explanation required.
How does it work?
- Fill in the form with your details and order number (it starts with UE-).
- We'll show you a request code on screen. Save it.
- Within 24 hours we'll confirm receipt by email or WhatsApp and arrange any refund due.
Tours whose date has already passed or services already provided cannot be revoked. For weather-related date changes, message us on WhatsApp: they're rescheduled at no cost.
